She has built Nexa from her 15-year experience as a business leader within renown companies by capitalizing on her solid network. Her success as a senior manager with Cable & Wireless, AT&T Canada and Microcell Solutions stems largely from the effectiveness of her sales strategies in newly-deregulated markets. She has directly recruited, hired and trained a large number of managers and staff involved in engineering, technical support, sales and customer service. Furthermore, as the person responsible for strategic alliances and affinity programs at Microcell Solutions, she concluded alliances and partnerships that attracted thousands of new subscribers.
She is known to work in partnership with employers and future employees to ensure successful long-term relationships. Her experience in recruitment and business development, along with her 360-degree vision, is of great value in bringing the world within reach of clients and candidates availing themselves of Nexa’s international recruitment services.
